The fully automatic grinding equipment comprises the DOBOT CR series cobot, a set of loading assembly lines, a grinding head, a rotating mechanism, and an automatic sandpaper replacement mechanism to operate the complete automation of the product in loading, grinding, sandpaper replacement, and cutting. It operates the fully automatic grinding of the laptop backplane, from feeding, polishing, sandpaper replacement, and cutting. The whole process is automated. The CR robot is equipped with a double gripper at the end to pick the semi-finished products according to the signal. The feeding system sends the signal, then the robot arm moves to the grinding equipment to remove the already polished product, put it in the semi-finished product, and finally place the finished product back into the cutting area.
